Abstract:Symptomatic atherosclerotic intracranial artery stenosis often causes ischemic cerebral infarction or transient ischemic attack in the stenosis area. Early detection of cerebral infarction and evaluation of ischemic penumbra and hemodynamics in the infarct area Information plays an extremely important role in clinical treatment and prognosis. This article briefly introduces the application of multimodal MRI in cerebral infarction.
